Synopsis
Join us for a casual performance in our Theatre Bar.
“I’ve come all ze vey from Düsseldorf… but I reek of… Cologne.”
German-born Leicester comedian Jürgen Strack brings Achtung! The Germans Are Coming to the Little Theatre Bar. Expect a madcap mix of wordplay, absurd characters, songs, props and audience interaction, with a cameo by the unmistakably French Mr Towel.
Reviewing Achtung! The Germans Are Coming at Buxton Fringe 2026, Stephen Walker wrote: “But there’s so much more going on here to subvert our expectations.” He concluded that “Jürgen Strack is funny.”
Achtung! The Germans Are Coming was nominated for Best Stand-Up Show at Buxton Fringe 2026.
